Pet Food Class Action Lawsuit Update

It turns out that the website I posted for this a few months ago may already have been defunct by the time I found it and spent more than an hour filling out the form and then told everyone else about it.

This means that if you used that form and did not receive some sort of confirmation (an email or mass mailing), your information probably fell into a black hole.

Now that there's a preliminary settlement, however, you'll have an opportunity to file with the class at this claims administration site. (The pet food case isn't listed there just yet, but should be maybe sometime next week.)

Sorry for the confusion. I was suspicious when I didn't get a confirmation email, but it took me a while to get in touch with someone and find out what was going on.
